The way cob thatched properties were built 300 years ago means there are low doorways in the house. The doorways are slightly narrower than normal also. Ceiling heights do not pose the same issue.
The house has just been newly decorated and furnished.
Please bring swimming towels as these are not provided.
Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
Rubbish & recycling collection takes place at approximately 8am on a Thursday so please ensure your rubbish is placed in the wheelie bin provided and left by the kerb prior to this.

We do not accept dogs that bark frequently. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, upstairs or in the pool or hot tub. All dog mess must be cleaned and removed from the property on exit. Please put all rubbish and dog poo bags into bin bags before putting into wheelie bins. Blue bin = glass/bottles, green bin = recycling, black bin = general waste. Noise around the pool must not exceed conversational levels. Pool and outdoor noise not permitted after 9pm. Please leave the cottage as found.

Plenty of space for families; enough bathrooms - so important especially with teenagers! The pool was a great asset. Modernised to a high standard. The local area was perfect for our needs with lots to do and places to go out and eat.
