The garden terrace which is a wonderful sun trap and the delightful private hot tub will only enhance your experience, making it an ideal retreat & perfect base to explore all that the New Forest has to offer.

The Cottage comprises of:

Ground Floor:
Well equipped Kitchen. Please note – there is a large Family sized ‘Ninja’ Air Fryer. This is a top of the range air fryer with triple cooking zones. It’s capable of cooking a roast in and has all the very latest in bells and whistles!! (the Aga is turned off in the Summer) and a 2 ring induction hob. There is also a Dolce Gusto Coffee Maker.
Large dining room with dining table and comfortable chairs for 10 people.
Large sitting room with sumptuous L shaped sofa, 2 x tub chairs and large pouffe. The sitting room also has a wood burning stove.

First Floor:
1 x Double Bedroom with hanging space and shelving for clothes, thick curtains provide suitable shade and privacy.

1 Bathroom with Bath and shower over, lavatory and basin.

Outside:

Summerhouse:
Double bed with ensuite lavatory and basin. There is also shelving and hanging space for clothes. Curtains also ensure privacy from the garden. A Dolce Gusto coffee machine also allows you the independence from the house and to lie in and enjoy the peaceful terrace area.

Terrace:
The beautifully designed terrace garden is a tranquil haven enjoying sunshine throughout the day. A perfect sun trap where you can soak up the rays on the loungers or at the outside table with a glass of wine or two. The hot tub being a fabulous addition that will have you enjoying the space as the sun goes down and provides fun for all the guests (Please note minimimum age of 6 years old is recommended. This is down to parental discretion as there is currently no law restriction and is therefore at your own risk). There is also a large BBQ heated by charcoal.

Rear Garden:
Behind the summerhouse is a large fenced and private grassy area – perfect for doggies and children to run and play!

We allow 2 dogs (please read house rules prior to booking). We have two double bedrooms inside the cottage (and a third double bedroom in the summerhouse – see below regarding bedding) for which we provide full bedding including linen and towels (these beds are fully made up on arrival). In the summerhouse, there is a further double bed. This will only be made up with linen and towels on arrival if the guest numbers require it. We accept up to 6 guests.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer early check in or late check out.

Please note our gardener Nicholas may pop in from time to time to water the plants and mow the lawn as well as other gardening should it be required. He will of course be as efficient as possible so as not to impact on your stay.

A long stay parking clock is also included for your use which allows you to park at the many local car parks for free.
